The EPS Team has certainly faced numerous challenges this year, one of which has been the tight deadlines associated with scheduling a builder’s clean. Construction projects are typically large undertakings that require significant budgets and have limited timeframes. However, we take pride in our efficiency and agility when addressing such challenges.


Our most recent project with a tight deadline has been with Future Fitouts, one of our most recurring clients. This collaboration has been particularly rewarding, as it allowed us to demonstrate our commitment to delivering high-quality results under deadlines.

The company had a project in Mackay, which presented one of our biggest challenges, as our headquarters are not close to that area. We had extensive planning and organising to do, which was quite a stressful task given the approaching due date. Managing everyone’s schedule and organizing their travel from Brisbane to Mackay was a handful, considering that we also needed cleaners to remain in Brisbane to handle ongoing commitments.

Despite these hurdles, our team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was executed smoothly and on time.

One of the key practices we implement to enhance our organization is maintaining constant communication with our clients. This involves keeping them informed about every detail and how everything will be managed, as well as prioritising their thoughts, opinions, and preferences regarding the process.
