Each home includes three bedrooms, a multi-purpose room, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, a powder room, one or two living areas, and either a single or double garage. Located 24 minutes from Brisbane, the development offers convenient access to local industry, schools, and amenities.

Azure – Dahlia is a residential development located within a gated community. It consists of 3-bedroom terrace homes designed with an indoor-outdoor living layout. The development includes communal areas featuring a 15-metre swimming pool, a 5-metre children’s splash pool, double daybeds, cabanas, and expansive lawn spaces.
